I was wondering if there was a way to allow a local pick up and not take a hit for not uploading tracking?  I always ship within 24 hours but my local usps doesnt always scan them in so my uploading percentage normally sits at 98.5% and it cant slip below 98 or I will lose some of my discount on fees.

    I dunno either, I've sent some instructions out without tracking so I sit at 95%
