$1600 to start negotiation, but this is all unsorted, the manuals are there for all the sets above

Brickpicker lot price used comes in at $2000ish

Without all being assembled to know they are complete it seems like a big gamble but potential for profit

Other lot is 6 Harry potter sets, loose, complete, no instructions or boxes

Asking $500, brickpicker value just slightly higher

What would you offer

For the first lot, I would start around $750 - $800. There is a lot of work to do and there is no guarantee that they are complete. For the second lot, there is a very high chance that the sets are complete so I would offer around $250 - $350.

I personally went through 40+ Harry potter sets over the holidays, it's a lot of work. It was fun at first fir the kids but we all got burnt out. If it is used, prices are all over the place for HP, you will get good returns but will take some work and you may not flip quick. My buy in was $100 for the HP.

First lot looks really steep for unassembled/bagged

no clue what to offer but best presentation of a lot in question so I +1 you
