I got two labels mixed up and shipped a technic plane overseas using the global shipping program that should have went to MI, where I sent an Endor Battle Pack lot. The customer in MI contacted me to get it resolved, but I dont offer returns in my sales so there doesnt seem to be a straight forward way of creating a return shipping label for them.
I don't want to create any additional work for the buyer in MI as he's been good to work with so far. I've got a 100% positive feedback over 250 and want to keep it that way. Is there an option within ebay or paypal that I'm missing to create a return shipping label for them?
The customer who received the technic plane is holding it for ransom until he receives the correct item, so I'm thinking with him I'll try to follow the same process, and worst case scenario I have to refund him and he keeps the plane.
