How did they know you wanted these?

I've been looking for months .. in each TRU Stores down here they have a binder with specific sets.. I always check these out .. and take all the "EOL" one and ask the customer service to check if any of these can be found ! ..  Let me tell you I never had any luck .. but what did it cost me to ask ?? .. and suddenly I hit GOLD ! This Manager did manage to find these somewhere .. have no idea where.. thought he wanted me to stop asking for these gems !!

Ask them if there's a survey or something else you can do to help them out in return.

Of course .. I have already gave him a Tim Horton Gift Card and will write a letter to TRU Head Quarters in Canada to let know how great this Manager is, and how he made my Sons and I day !
