I'm a fairly new investor in Lego sets, and newish on this site.  A friend of mine has built all the big Star Wars sets, which got me interested in what's going on with modern Lego.  And Mrs CRAZ8 has built a bunch of recent sets over the last year or so.  We also have a 10 year old Yoda as part of our Yoda collection.  My investing is to try to offset the cash outlay of the sets we build.

 

There's lots of help here that I'm grateful for.

 

One thing I just realized I can't find is: Who is here who sells on Amazon / Ebay etc.  How do I find someone on this site (who I'm likely to trust a bit more) so I can buy from them online.  I don't have access to the beta Classifieds system, but I'd use that if I could.

 

Now, the impetus for this is Mrs CRAZ8 just discovered Modular's, and wants a Town Hall and Emporium to build to fill out the set.  I can buy from J Random Seller on Amazon/EBay and hope for the best, or buy from someone here and see your history and likely trust you more with my money.

Welcome craz8. Like Jeff said, wait until the classifieds are up in the next few days. It sounds like most of the seasoned veterans from BP are going to get the classifieds kick started and imo your safest bet for people to buy from.

Once Jeff Mack gets BC live, there will be great deals to be had.
