Heh, I still have a few but what I've sold has more than covered the cost of what I'm holding. I wouldn't be too worried, it's still a pretty limited set.

Nice! if you have any sell them now, get whatever margin you can, then buy back more if you so please. I tried to order a pile last month when they were online listed as available, so glad they were cancelled!

Definitely true, people will keep paying lots of $$$ for it like they have because it is rare and unique from anything else Lego has to offer right now. Now is the time to keep flipping, then buy back. I`ll be ordering more, I`m just glad the 20 or so I tried to order last month didn`t ship, means they would be sitting even longer. It`s a cheap set $500 for 20 of these bad boys (err, bad girls maybe ) is well spent IMHO.

US Lego stores began getting these in stock starting Black Friday. The Las Vegas store got their second shipment of 16 sets yesterday.

How many did you grab ?

Ebay still going for $40-50USD. If you have 10, flip 10, order five more in the process. Easy money. Or if you have only 5, list 10. Order 5 and by the time the 5 is sold, 5 more comes in.

I don't think TRU.CA ships to the U.S.... And even if they did, Lego would be restricted like it is for TRU.COM shipping to Canada.

PS he's not really from the US, he just likes to make believe sort of like a 6 year old would.

You can buy the items in Canada from the US, but they do not ship to the US (don't get that one at all).  I have a friend in Canada who is shipping some to me.

Don't be afraid to try parting one out either. I've seen the individual scenes go for as much as 40USD shipped. You could make over $70 on this set.

You ship it to white rock or south surrey in a PO box, then drive up from seattle and pick them up.
