How much is this lot worth?

Good Evening.  I have an opportunity to buy a lot of partially build sets. The goal is to rehab them to completion and sell on ebay.  Problem is the guy selling does not have manuals for them and I am not sure what those sets are.  Could you let me know the ball park number I should offer for this?  He is estimating it to be 80 pounds.

I see a Turbo Tank in there, Krusty Krab, Maybe a Lego Mine set?

 

 

 

I'd say $200 max because minifig value has tanked due to Chinese knockoffs and most of those pieces look to be parts of plain vehicles.
