LEGO Notification System

I was wondering if anyone has any idea as to why LEGO does not offer a "notify me when available" system for items that are currently sold out. I understand that they may be sold out again by the time I check my e-mail and get to the site, but I think it would be a great feature to keep me from having to check daily for certain items.

    Great idea......amazon should do the same so maybe next time i won't miss out on that minecrap set again.
