I have a huge LEGO collection which includes completed instructions for dozens of sets, many of which are worth a lot, but I just cant be bothered to sort through all that. Does an enormous LEGO unsorted LEGO collection with tons of instructions for whats included have any value on, say, eBay? Any input would be very helpful.

To maximize your profit you have to do the work. Buyers expect a hefty discount when buying bulk lots. Don't expect to maximize if you aren't going to take the time to sort and sell separately.
