Look at Amazon seller central's poll of the day.  Kind of weird question to ask without frequent complaints from sellers

Its actually a sophisticated trap. The bots figure whoever strongly disagrees probably has potential issues and they audit from those responses

Amazon sided to me to give only 50% refund to a buyer who swapped with damaged and opened LEGO set. Now the buyer gave me 1 rating with comment "Refunded me 50% of the final amount for a damaged good. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER." Has anyone tried to remove negative rating by contacting amazon. This is FBM.

They wont remove it but it doesnt cost anything to try.
post a public reply to the feedback, keep it professional and to the point. Something like “buyer was sent a new item and returned a heavily used one. A restocking fee was assessed as per Amazon’s policy.”

that was other buyers know you ain’t a fool

finally report buyer and move on

I’ve had this exact same situation a few times unfortunately. Unless they swear in the feedback Amazon won’t remove it, even where they’ve ruled against the buyer’s claim. So it hangs on you. Best you can do is describe what happened in a public response. I’ve outright called the buyer a fraudster and explained what they were trying to do and that Amazon denied their claim. If nothing else it at least puts people on notice that you’re not an easy mark.

I had one guy leave me a 1 star review and his comment was clearly about a completely unrelated product he bought from someone else, and yet that stays on my record. Not sure if it was legit confusion on his part or if he was a competitor using some sneaky way of leaving a negative feedback but Amazon won’t even remove that despite the error in the feedback.

The problem with me I only one 5 star and this one 1 star. Now I got a message in my seller central "your account is at risk of deactivation"

How to report buyer? thanks

Just received this back from a customer from 11/15/24.  Set #40370 40th Anniversary Steam Engine.  Customer said it was too old a set for their child.  The box was sealed but didn't sound right.  Opened it up and sure enough, there are loose pieces -- at least I've never seen a set with normal pieces loose like this.  Can anyone confirm?  thanks

That's legit.  That was my recollection and I just confirmed it on a youtube review where they unboxed it.   No funny business (this time)!

Awesome.  Thanks for that!

Think we should be concerned about the lack of listings on Amazon for sets?  There's several GWP's not listed since mid last year on, some Brickheadz, helmets, and some others that aren't coming to mind off hand.  Curious if this is another turn of events we have to deal with.

Has anyone tried to make a new LEGO listing on Amazon recently? I haven't been able to.

If you have accounts in other countries you can copy the listings over.

yippie not like it will help, I get defects claiming our boxes 24*18*18 at times are to big, They give me photo's which clearly show the box size they still deny my claim

That's what I figured.  They are restricting it.

buyer returned 71796 claiming missing pieces, but with only 1 book of instruction, and i found all minifigures are gone, seems only the bag with minigigures has been opened. any suggestions

That falls under business losses.

This Christmas i had an influx of people just slaping the return label directly on the lego box. From about 50 unsellable returns 22 had that "problem"

Same in the US? People just getting more lazy or am missing something?
