I am racing to lower all my alternative listings. Game over for GWP and exclusives at least on amazon. They are inquisitors at this point. I fear not much will emerge unscathed.
May 8May 8 Lucky most of my removals are sets I sold out. Those listings will return and live to be violated again sometime in the future.

Was the weight right ?I would just reply with :a thank you for contacting us and we apologize for any issues with your order . please return the item with all the content inside . We will process a refund once item is received .No back and forth .Haven't heard anything since he started a return a week ago until he finally just messaged me yesterday. In all my years I think this has only happened once to me and i was a cheap set probably picked up from Walmart or someplace like that and let it go for obvious reasons. This came from Amazon or Lego and never had this returned from previous sales. I think most people would not wait this long which makes it more suspect. Weird that he asks if it's "even worth sending back at this point". Almost sounds like a kid ordered it on his parents account and a friend told him how to handle it to get it free.Given your experience/expertise here I'll do as you suggest/say. I've fought damaged/opened returns before but nothing like this. I've heard of people's accounts getting suspended during investigations and just worried about requests for purchase documents, etc leading to who know's what headaches/trouble.
May 11May 11 He wants it for free is my guess. I mean there is that guy who was just arrested for filling sets with pasta and returning them to target while selling the contents online . Quick google should bring it up. I still say scam

If it also sounds weird when handling the box, it could be clear evidence they tampered with it. Most of the time when they replace the set with junk or steal minifigs, there is a clear discrepancy in the weight and I have no issue applying a significant restocking fee.
Wednesday at 09:54 PM4 days I have had a buyer (BrickLink) asking if they can a send prepaid shipping label for an order. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. It makes me nervous since the buyer does not know the weight and size of the package (it is a large package that weighs over 7 pounds). Does this raise red flags or is this legitimate?Update: I researched it some more and this is likely a scam:"A buyer asking to send a prepaid shipping label is a high-risk request often associated with scams, as it removes your seller protection. By using their label, the buyer can reroute the package to a different address and claim they never received it, leaving you without the item or funds." I would imagine it removes any ability to be insured.
Friday at 12:54 AM3 days Had someone buy 70 units of a 100$+ set today. Very concerned. FBA so I cannot cancel. I should have limited quantity. What is the largest quantity order for an expenseive set anyone has ordered for you and did it turn out well?
Friday at 03:04 AM3 days I've sold 20 on EBay and what happens sometimes is that they say some of mine were damaged and send them back. I think some resellers get my nice boxes and send back crappy ones from their inventory. I usually block these people after this happens.

It was not even that expensive of a set (under $200).FBA (or my luck) is brutal🤷♂️
14 hours ago14 hr I thought Amazon was closing/removing listings "completely". Discovered one today that was closed on my end but still active otherwise. First I've noticed this.Thought we had 30 days anyway. Edited 13 hours ago13 hr by gmpirate

1 hour ago1 hr Must be bad luck with the Republic Gunship as I have an issue with another buyer. This guy refuses the delivery and then starts asking about it be reshipped, refunds, etc.At 4:00 in the morning on the 14th this guy he messages me he sees it at some UPS Facility and then at 8:00 AM wants to know if I have it. Then he files an A-Z Claim. I'm not even at the warehouse that early in the morning but when I do I check tracking and see the same information. It's at a facility and it's available for pickup. I use the chat/help feature on UPS's site and it says they have it and are working on getting me a delivery date. So a I follow up with a call to UPS and they say actually it was delivered already -- not to me but at an adjoining warehouse. I get the package and its exactly as shipped -- shipping box never opened. All is good so I promptly refund the order. This is all in the same day. Then I get a message from Amazon they are going to count the claim against me because the refund was done after the case was filed. Then I notice that the buyer left a negative review on the 10th that he received the set with no shipping box and all beat up. I assume this was to cover his bases to get shipping refunded as well. Edited 1 hour ago1 hr by gmpirate
