I know this is a long shot but.. So my account was one of those that had their listings removed during last years Amazon purge. I have tried to get lego reinstated with no effect. I was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones that got randomly reinstated, however I was not. My shot in the dark was if there was anyone on here who was successfully able to reinstate their listings? If you were, can you DM me and let me know what you did? Thank you in advance.

😑 Rumors are that the employee dungeon (penalty for taking bathroom breaks over 2 minutes) was filling up too fast and resulted in repeated fire code violations. They are digging out a 2nd dungeon on the south side of the property.

Is it just me, or there seems to be a big increase of returns on Amazon?  I have not seen this many returns in 8 years (percentage vs orders) and November is not even over yet

Has anyone had luck getting money back from FBA items that were tampered with?

I usually just filter out the junk returns and sell them off but with margins squeezing I'd prefer to claw back what i can from Amazon.

They make you go through hoops, but yes, I've had success after showing evidence.  I haven't tried since they implemented their new bogus and arbitrary reimbursement calculations.

While on topic, I just received reimbursement notifications for two sets they damaged in warehouse - got $9 for a $20 RRP set (selling for $38/FBA) and $12 for a $25 RRP set (selling for $48/FBA).  Only 30% below my cost.  Thanks, guys!

If your buying from lego target etc, Upload proof of cost to get more money

Got an office return but I see a bunch of Technic pieces and a spider man minifig ? Before I open a case with amazon, does this overall look the office pieces?

Why not . Did you send it like that? Are you going to inventory the set ?

Maybe I should, but I dont mind so much if the set comes back in pieces without box. I'll just give them to my nephews and write it off.

But something about getting scammed really annoys me, and then I reach out to amazon.

I'm too lazy to inventory, was hoping someone could visually ID if they were familiar.

So I went ahead and chatted with amazon rep. $72 refund. seems like they dont analyze these claims too much. But still I will reserve this only for blatant scam returns.
