Woke up to a children's toys compliance requirement for SW MF 75257. (Children's Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues)

The list of company's amazon has provided for me to procure the compliance documents are all from China.

What a wonderful day.

Wonder why amazon brings up stuff like this just before the holidays.

I got one for 3 in 1 castle. If this is all then I dont care. I assume its gonna come in waves, like the last ASIN creation violation. Lets see how it all shakes out.

Same. Also for Madrigal House a couple days ago which I accept full responsibility because that was a terrible investment on my part and I deserve to lose money. But not the MF 😐

Yep, others have asked the same question on other forums.

BTW, FBA sellers still have to pay Amazon to return/remove their FBA inventory if they fail this, even though Amazon requested compliance documentation this close to the holidays.

One of the reasons I never decided to do FBA.  I don't trust them in any way to take care of me or my stuff any better then WET/ReVend did🤬

Received one for LEGO Marvel Nano Gauntlet, Iron Man Model with Infinity Stones, 76223

Package clearly shows age 18+

Sent them an appeal with the age 18+ and got rejected. (Probably a bot rejection)

Not sure why I assumed this was only for toys for ages 12 and below.

Curious how Amazon chooses who gets these restrictions and who doesn’t.

It doesn't matter right if they are going to remove the ASIN from their website??

I deleted 200 listing that were inactive. Interestingly, the ones that had those ASIN violations (gwps etc) had the related violations fall off. But the new safety violation stayed despite the deletion of the listing.

There is a webinar about this new toy requirement that starts in about 5 hours (5:30 AM ET 9/26) 🤣

FTC Secures Historic $2.5 Billion Settlement Against Amazon

Agency alleged that Amazon used deceptive methods to sign up consumers for Prime subscriptions and made it exceedingly difficult to cancel

Pretty sure Papa Bezos and Bot Commander Jassy are going to pass these costs to somebody else :P

LOL. They also have an event coming up for resellers.

Best practices for Amazon resellers. Wed, Oct 8, 2025 | 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM EDT

I thought amazon doesn't need resellers anymore.

Just the ones based on US.  Everyone else is fair game. :P

That event would be at 1 AM Beijing time.  How inconsiderate.  tsk tsk tsk :P

Got this too, no reserve to "DD+7" so you have to wait 7 days after the order has been delivered and evaluated by buyer......&^%^

The "in line with your feedback" implied some bad conduct on my part. Typical Amazon BS.

See, this is why Herr CEO Jassy does not want you US sellers.  You keep adding these unfounded conspiracy theories.  Herr CEO said you wanted these treatments, so bend over like usual.   Also, stop piling more and more complaints.  You know who will not complain ?  Overseas sellers..... :lolu:

Also, they would not mind this kind of math either:

For example, if you sell a product on January 1 and it’s delivered on January 3, then under the DD+7 policy, your funds for that order will become available for disbursement on January 11

+7, +8.. potato, potato

In all seriousness, 2 business days (+weekend) to come up with a workaround to negate the $2.5 billion fine had to be some kind of record for a company the size of Amazon.  Those sweet sweet interests, baby!!!

I would not be surprised to see more "workarounds"
