Jackson Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM Amazon changed something with my account. Until a week ago, I was getting the buy box consistently on several products, but for the last seven days, my buy-box instances have literally been 0. I did some tests by lowering my price way below the buy-box price, but I am still not ever getting the buy box. Has anyone here had this happen before? Quote

Amazon is probably saying you have not forked enough money to them Quote

Brick625 Posted Saturday at 06:09 PM Posted Saturday at 06:09 PM Hi everyone, I just received an email from Amazon titled “Action Required: Your Listings Are at Risk of Deactivation.” It’s flagged as a Suspected Intellectual Property Violation — apparently because the title included the term "The Mandalorian." I’ve already edited the listing to remove the trademarked term, but it says changes may take up to 48 hours to update. The notice says I need to address this issue by August 25. I'm concerned this won’t be enough, and I’ve read that deleting the listing doesn’t remove the violation from account health. Has anyone dealt with this before? What else can I do to get this issue removed from my account? Thanks in advance! Quote

Just to clarify — did you take any additional steps, or did the violations clear on their own after you updated or removed the listing? Appreciate the insight! Quote

I read on the Amazon forums that Suspected Intellectual Property Violations might not be removed even if the listing is deleted, which is why I’m a bit concerned. Was your violation also for “Suspected Intellectual Property” — specifically trademark misuse? Under the “Resolve” section, I only have an “Edit” button available, so I removed “The Mandalorian” from the title, but I’m not sure if that’ll be enough.' Quote
BRIX23 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Does it violate Amazon policy for a seller to sell an item on Amazon and fulfill the order by purchasing it from another seller on ebay (dropshipping)? The best info I could find is this from a link I found to Amazon seller central: "Purchasing products from a third party, including Amazon or another seller in Amazon’s stores, and having that third party ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the third party) appears on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception". I don't have an Amazon seller account so I'm not sure if this is still accurate. Quote
