Trouble with my Kmart Shop your way account

Hi everyone,

 

Whenever I try to attach a bonus coupon (for instance, 3,000 points when you spend $10) I can apply the coupon, but the points don't show up in my account.

 

Has anyone encountered this and fixed it?

    I have not, but you can call the SYWR call center and they might be able to check into it for you.

    Yeah, I've tried to talk to them...no one ever seems to know why it's happening, so I just have to call every time I place an order to get the bonus points.  It's not awful, but I just wish I didn't have to do it.

    That stinks!  It might be worth your time to create a new account.

    Something similar happened to me last year.  I agree with exciter, the simplest thing would be to just make a new one.  As long as you didn't pay for SYWMax your really not losing much.
