Now onShopify·App Store

You run the LEGO store. We price it at what it's actually worth.

Install BrickPicker on your Shopify store and it matches every product to the right LEGO set, shows what your whole catalog is worth at real market prices, tells you which items are mispriced, and reprices them by hand, in bulk, or on autopilot.

Real sold-price data, a pricing-health verdict on every product, a listing generator, and market alerts — right inside your Shopify admin. Free trial on every plan.

Every plan starts with a free trial. Install in a click — your catalog is matched for you.

Why we built it

Your store knows its catalog. It doesn't know the market.

Shopify is great at running the store. It has no idea that the sealed set on shelf three quietly doubled, or that a retailer just undercut your best seller by fifteen percent. So prices drift — grails sit underpriced and stale sets sit above the market — and you find out when the sales stop.

BrickPicker is the market brain for your store. It matches every product to the real LEGO set behind it, values your whole catalog at what those sets actually sell for, and tells you plainly which prices are wrong. Then it fixes them — one at a time, in bulk, or automatically inside guardrails you set.

Built on fifteen years of LEGO market data, delivered where you already work: inside the Shopify admin. No new dashboard to babysit, no spreadsheets to reconcile.

What's in the app

Match, value, price, and list — all from your admin

Everything a LEGO merchant needs to price and list with confidence, built around real sold data and wired straight into your Shopify store.

Match your whole catalog automatically

Install from the Shopify App Store and BrickPicker imports your products, then matches every one to the correct LEGO set — by barcode first, then SKU, then title. Messy titles and half-filled listings get identified so the rest of the app has something real to price against.

  • One-click install, catalog imported for you
  • Matched by barcode, SKU, or title — in that order
  • Sealed vs. used understood per product
  • Unmatched items flagged so nothing is silently mispriced

See what your store is actually worth

A live valuation of your entire catalog at real market prices — what these sets actually sell for right now, not a sticker or a guess. Every product gets a market value so you know exactly how much inventory is sitting on your shelves.

  • Whole-store market value at a glance
  • Per-product market value on every item
  • Grounded in real sold prices, not list prices
  • Refreshed as the market moves

A pricing-health verdict on every product

For each item BrickPicker compares your price to the live market and to a rule you set, then tells you plainly: underpriced, on-market, or overpriced. Stop leaving money on the table on your grails and stop letting stale sets sit above the market.

  • Your price vs. market vs. your rule, per product
  • Clear verdicts: underpriced, on-market, overpriced
  • Catch leaks on both ends of the catalog
  • Sort your whole store by biggest opportunity

Reprice one, in bulk, or on autopilot

Fix a single price in a click, reprice a whole collection at once, or turn on autopilot and let BrickPicker keep prices tracking the market for you — with guardrails and an approval mode so nothing moves further than you allow.

  • Single-product, bulk, and automatic repricing
  • Guardrails: min/max bounds and step limits
  • Approval mode — review changes before they publish
  • Writes prices straight back to your Shopify listings

Pricing rules that match how you sell

Set the strategy once and let it run. Match the market, sit a set percentage under big-box retail to win the sale, or protect a cost floor so you never price below what you paid. Rules apply per product, per collection, or store-wide.

  • Match the market price
  • Undercut big-box retail by a % you choose
  • Protect a cost floor so you never sell at a loss
  • Scope rules per product, collection, or whole store

Market data inside your Shopify admin

Every product page in your admin gets a BrickPicker block: current market value, what the set costs at retailers right now, and price history and trend. The context you'd normally hunt across eBay, BrickLink, Amazon, and Walmart tabs, sitting where you already work.

  • Market value + retail prices on each product page
  • Price history and trend, not just today's number
  • eBay, BrickLink, Amazon, and Walmart context in one place
  • No extra tabs — it lives in the Shopify admin

Listing generator + bulk listing

Turn a set number into a clean, complete product listing, or create listings in bulk from a CSV or straight from a linked BrickPicker Brickfolio. Get new inventory live faster, with the details filled in for you.

  • Generate a full listing from a set number
  • Bulk-create from a CSV upload
  • Bulk-create from a linked BrickPicker Brickfolio
  • Consistent, complete listings without the retyping

Market alerts that protect your margin

BrickPicker emails you when the market moves against you — a retailer undercuts a price you're holding, or a set you stock hits an all-time low. React the same day instead of finding out when your listing stops selling.

  • Alert when a retailer undercuts your price
  • Alert when a set you stock hits an all-time low
  • Delivered by email, ready to act on
  • Focused on the moves that actually cost you sales

Order → Sales Ledger sync (Scale)

On the top plan, sold orders flow into your BrickPicker Sales Ledger automatically, and the plan includes a full BrickPicker Reseller membership — cost basis, profit, ROI, and tax-ready books alongside your store.

  • Sold orders sync into your Sales Ledger
  • Profit and ROI computed per sale
  • Full BrickPicker Reseller membership included
  • Your store and your books, finally in one place

FAQ

What you'll want to know

Anything else? [email protected]

How does it know which LEGO set each of my products is?
When you install, BrickPicker imports your catalog and matches every product to the correct set — by barcode first, then SKU, then the product title. Anything it can't confidently match is flagged rather than guessed, so nothing gets silently mispriced. Once matched, each product is tied to real market pricing for that exact set and condition.
Where do the market prices come from?
Real sold prices — what these sets actually sell for, not list prices or wishful asks — plus current retail pricing from the marketplaces you already watch, including eBay, BrickLink, Amazon, and Walmart. Every product's market value and price history is grounded in that data, so a repricing decision is based on what buyers are really paying.
Will repricing change my prices without my say-so?
Only if you want it to. You can reprice one product at a time, reprice a collection in bulk, or turn on autopilot. Autopilot runs inside guardrails you set — minimum and maximum bounds and step limits — and there's an approval mode so you review every proposed change before it publishes. Prices only move as far as you allow.
What are the plans and is there a free trial?
Three tiers, each with a free trial. Starter is $29/mo for up to 250 SKUs and covers matching, valuation, pricing-health, the admin market-data block, and alerts. Pro is $79/mo for up to 1,500 SKUs and adds repricing, pricing rules, and the listing generator. Scale is $149/mo for unlimited SKUs and adds order-to-Sales-Ledger sync plus a full BrickPicker Reseller membership. You can start on any plan free and upgrade as your store grows.
What does the Scale plan's Reseller membership include?
Scale bundles a full BrickPicker Reseller membership with your Shopify app. Sold orders sync into your BrickPicker Sales Ledger automatically, with profit and ROI computed per sale, so your store's sales and your reseller books live in one place instead of two systems you reconcile by hand.
How do I install it?
From the Shopify App Store. Add BrickPicker to your store, approve the connection, and it imports and matches your catalog for you — no spreadsheets or manual setup to get started. Every plan begins with a free trial so you can see your store's real market value before you pay.

Install it. See your store's real value.

A free trial on every plan, and your catalog is matched and valued for you the moment you connect. Find out what your LEGO store is actually worth — and start pricing it that way.
