MEMBER OWNS SET: YES     MEMBER HAS BUILT SET: YES

FIRST IMPRESSION | Score: 10

This set is mind-blowingly huge. Being instantly recognizable thanks to the green superlaser. Most minds are blown instantly upon sight. This huge build of the iconic space station is bound for plenty of "WOW!'s" from visitors.

UNIQUE PARTS | Score: 7

Though none of the pieces are exclusives, there are 4 exclusive minifigures:

-Stormtrooper Han and Luke

-Black protocol droid

-White assasian droid

The Death Star also includes an exclusive Diagona trash compactor monster.

Overall, the exclusive minifigures are pretty cool, especially Stormtrooper Han and Luke. The Diagona fills up the seemingly empty trash compactor, and gives it a better feeling of it overall.

PLAYABILITY/BUILD EXPERIENCE | Score: 10

The build is fun and challenging, and the reward for such patience is an amazing model with tons of playability, tons of minifigures, and even a small TIE Advanced. Bound to get "WOW's" from pretty much anyone, it makes a great display piece, and giving it to a child to play with is like giving a homeless man a hundered dollar bill.

VALUE FOR MONEY | Score: 10

Huge value for $400. You get a nice collectors item, a great display piece, and busy children. Despite the PPP ratio being a little on the higher side, it's still a great value.

THEME POPULARITY | Score: 10

Star Wars is one of LEGO's most popular themes, and I think even their most popular licensed theme. Being their first license, dating back to 1999, we have gotten many iconic starfighters, characters, and more made of our favorite plastic building brick

EXCLUSIVITY | Score: 8

Listed as an exclusive and hard to find on the lego website, this is not produced in limited quanity, but is still very hard to find. Good luck trying to get your hands on it.

PACKAGING | Score: 10

The packaging is an enormous box that displays the Death Star in action, with many scenes you can re-create being made, as well as the TIE Advanced flying by. Some of the best packaging I've ever come across, not only for LEGO, but toys in general

GROWTH POTENTIAL | Score: 10

This set would be a good one to invest in. It's kind of hard to explain, but I can see the demand getting higher than the supply in the future, because not as many people own it, so definetly invest!

DISPLAY QUALITY | Score: 10

I don't know where to even begin. Friends will be overloaded with the tremendous amount of rooms with famous scenes, including the Imperial throne room, trash compactor, and the prison cell Princess Leia was rescued from.

CONCLUSION & FINAL ANALYSIS | Score: 10

Definetly one of the best sets I own. If you have the money, definetly get it! You won't regret it.
