MEMBER OWNS SET: YES     MEMBER HAS BUILT SET: YES

FIRST IMPRESSION | Score: 7

At first I was effy about it because it wasn't designed jamie and the last modular designed by astrid was a over priced set that I can honestly call my worst building experiencing since I started building so I was on the fence walking into this set in march

UNIQUE PARTS | Score: 7

There are some unique or rare parts included in this set you do indead get a lot of bauge and dark red brick in this set. The most unique brick that Ive only seen in taj mahal in white was the cone like brick found in spot like in a metalic silver version.

Definetly a lot of 1x3 bricks which Im not a big fan of

Nice printed bricks like the stars really amazing brick

The other bricks are quite generic and could be found in other non exclusive sets

PLAYABILITY/BUILD EXPERIENCE | Score: 8

I havent personally played with it but considering its a cinema and it comes with a car. I can definetly see a kid role playing with the mine figures and playing around with the car. The funiture with in the set is very nice and would be found in a regular theater which makes this set ton more playable than green grocer, cafe corner and market street.

VALUE FOR MONEY | Score: 8

I had a fun time putting together and it looks nice and very displayable but definetly not as fun as green grocer and pet shop and definetly as detailed as market street and cafe corner.

But like any modular for the exception of town hall definetly worth your money I still recommand petshop over this set any day unless to a younger child this more playable than pet shop but still not as playable as fire brigade.

THEME POPULARITY | Score: 10

Modulars is the most popular and well-known sub theme in all of lego.

EXCLUSIVITY | Score: 8

Not as rare or exclusive as the first 3 modulars and it can only be found in lego stores which are easier to find in your local area by the month so not super hard to find.

PACKAGING | Score: 9

Packaging is perfect well designed boxs would have been nicer if it was a direct exclusive boxs like the rest of the modulars

bags are split into 3 groups

bag 1: first floor

bag 2: second floor

bag 3: roof and Cinema sign

GROWTH POTENTIAL | Score: 1

None at all. seen in the fire brigade modulars are not getting discountinued any time soons and lego wants all the sales and because there so easy to obtain there is virtually no secondary market for this set or any current modulars. :/

DISPLAY QUALITY | Score: 9

Very nice to add to the street of modulars I have been collecting from when green grocer came out I have all the modulars and they look amazing all together for the exception of town hall its to tall and ugly.

CONCLUSION & FINAL ANALYSIS | Score: 8

I'll give a 8 its got a decent building experience it doesnt have the best playability in the modulars (fire brigade) or in my opinion the best building experience (green grocer) or the most detail (MS, CC, GG, PS & PR) but definilty worth adding to the collection considering if you have all the rest of the modulars Id recommand as 4th on the list to get from the current modulars being sold from lego out of the 5 soon to be 6
