It's actually a good set to part out - and I'd buy more if LEGO hadn't enforced such a ridiculously low limit. There's a decent range of in-demand parts/colours and I've been surprised by the demand for the minifigures; definitely one to consider if you have a Bricklink store (especially if you can combine it with an offer or two!).

It's been regularly discounted in the UK at 30%+ off (or £45ish) so I wouldn't touch it at anything above that. Brickset currently has it available until Dec 2023 so I wouldn't be in any hurry to stock up yet (although Dec 2022 seems more likely...). There should be plenty of opportunities at 35-40% off, or if not, there's plenty of other options at a similar price point.

I've just collected mine - and in surprisingly good condition (for Argos!) I think it will do quite well - there aren't that many on Ebay with the lowest around RRP (and 4 sold since yesterday between £200-£245). Only issue for me are the dimensions of the boxes; could be interesting to find something that will fit it, as they're unusually large & square! Alternatively, there's always the option of splitting them into minifigures/T Rex/Gate - much easier to ship and there seems to be reasonable demand for each.
