The shipping is always a LOT more than what they automatically charge the customer ($6.95 I think). How does everyone do it, just charge more for the product? If it was set up a while ago, you are "locked in" and the only way to be able to set your own shipping rates is close the account and open another one, starting from scratch. I just bypassed it. One day there may be a little blank spot where you can just type your rate in with 4 simple keystrokes. L o l wtf is the point of their shipping model anyways. I thought I read where you must have a "Professional Account" to use anything other than their standard shipping fees. Can you actually offer free shipping if you only have and "Individual Account"? OK so if you go PRO are you able to set your own shipping fees and/or offer free shipping instead of the set rates available to Individual accounts? Besides that you can ship by a flat per item fee or you ship by weight which winds up being calculated by multiplying by a set number that you input.
