Is lego allowed on plane?

I'm going back to my country and would like to carry some with myself. Just wondering whether it's allowed to be carried on the plane. I think there shouldn't be a problem but just want to make sure it's allowed so that i don't have to throw it in the bin :D

Thanks for the helps!!!

I just came back from the canary islands. They even sell Lego on the plane. Unfortunately, only the 4473 Police Helicopter set.

I think you could get problems if carrying some Lego Technic sets along with building instructions for a LEGO gun... ;)

You shouldn't have any problems with Lego sets on a plane. Most of the sets are fine, but Technic sets you should be careful of. Certain sets contain motors and stuff like that and the security may interpret it as a hidden weapon of some sort, and they may have to open the set if that happens.
