If you want to make financial sense out of it right now you could do the Titanic instead and resell it. No way you're selling the AT AT now. Can't even sell them new. That’s a good question. Technic building is not typically my favorite. With that being said one of the most satisfying builds I can remember is the UCS Shuttle.
