It's not explicitly stated in the details like it is for the BF promotion. Intuitively, I would say yes. But my intuition has gotten me in trouble before. It does say to speak with a brick specialist for details. I plan on making a trip to my B&M store in the next couple of days and will make an inquiry. Double VIP, the holiday set and a few select items on sale have been available online. The wording is pretty clear... not sure why folks are so confused? Quitting while I'm ahead? LEGO Shop at Home did toss in extra calendars as freebies sometime last spring. Too little too late to use the coupons, but I still have a few 2015 Lego calendars sitting on a shelf and I landed 0 of them at a physical store. Maybe we in mainland Europe simply do not get any Black Friday VIP deals and it's only available in the US and UK ?
