Bold-Arrow Posted August 15, 2014 Share Posted August 15, 2014 i know of some members that got banned without notice. they were having all their orders cancelled and upon contacting Lego, they got informed about being banned. I didn't get any notification and only found out when I checked my order status online. I called LEGO Shop at Home and was told they would research the issue. I never heard back from them. A few days later they shipped my free Shredder Polybag, but the GE was still back ordered. I kept checking and it eventually shipped.
